Symposium Research Posters Due July 18
Students, faculty and industry experts from institutions across the state will gather in Pierre on July 25-26 to participate in the fifth annual SD EPSCoR and SD BRIN Undergraduate Research Symposium and Faculty Research Meetings. The symposium brings together undergraduate students involved in the NSF EPSCoR RII Track-1 project, the South Dakota Biomedical Research Infrastructure Network (SD BRIN) and the other National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) programs in South Dakota to give their required research presentations.
The symposium will give students the experience of participating in a real scientific meeting that includes a poster session and numerous opportunities for networking. The symposium also provides an opportunity to promote South Dakota’s graduate programs and STEM employment opportunities.
