SD EPSCoR Impacts for the Week of September 20, 2018:

  • Bill Paloski, director of NASA’s Human Research Program, will discuss what a future Mars mission might look like and some challenges that must be overcome to maintain the health and performance of crew members aboard such missions at 1:30 p.m., Sept. 27, on the South Dakota State University campus. The event at the University Student Union’s Lewis and Clark Room is free and open to the public. More

  • Save the date for next year’s Women in Science Conference: Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center in Pierre. The event  is open to all girls in middle and high school. Don’t miss this free and fun day of hands-on activities led by women in STEM careers. The girls will have the chance to explore STEM opportunities beyond high school, mingle with like-minded peers and meet professional women in science. More
