Science Communication Crash Course

Enhance your science communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences in your area of expertise. The SD Discovery Center offers a dynamic hands-on workshop based on the concepts of Portal to the Public to improve scientists-and-public engagement. The Portal to the Public framework connects scientists and research professionals with the general public to make STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) more accessible and get children interested in STEM career paths.
