America’s Seed Fund – Through the SBIR & STTR programs eleven federal agencies make over 5,000 grants and contracts annually, totaling $2.5 B, to American Small Businesses to develop innovative products and processes. SBIR & STTR are the largest source of equity-free financing in the world. Even better, these programs validate new technologies and de-risk follow-on investment.
