The Department of Defense is hosting a DEPSCoR Webinar from 12-2 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, April 5, to discuss the DoD EPSCoR Program and the recently released funding opportunity announcement. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about the funding opportunities during the webinar. To participate in the DEPSCoR Webinar, you must register. The new FOA aims to create basic research collaborations between a pair of researchers. DEPSCoR will focus on capacity building through human and technical resources and is seeking proposals that advance knowledge in fundamental science involving bold and ambitious research that may lead to extraordinary outcomes. Closing Date for Applications: Nov. 20, 2023. The Basic Research Office anticipates up to $16 million in total funding will be made available for this program to fully fund and award up to twenty five (25) grants up to $600,000 (total cost) each. Each grant award will be funded up to $200,000 (total cost) per year for three (3) years. Register for the DEPSCoR Webinar on Wednesday, April 5. |
