Come and learn with the authors of the new NCTM Taking Action books! We will be exploring how to implement the 8 mathematical teaching practices in K-8 classrooms to increase equitable mathematics learning opportunities for students. All participants will engage with both presenters/authors and will also receive free copies of the K-5 and 6-8 Taking Action books.
There is no registration fee for this course, but all travel expenses are at district or personal expense. The times for this course are in central time zone as Fort Pierre and Pierre are both in the central time zone.
