WIN in Workforce Summit 2022
The annual WIN in Workforce Summit calls together industry leaders, innovative educators, and business professionals from the upper Midwest region to prioritize, strategize, and energize workforce development.
The theme for this year’s 2022 Summit on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Sioux Falls Convention Center is “The Great Attraction,” with breakout sessions covering everything from:
- Talent development
- Talent attraction
- Talent retention
- Today’s issues
Keynote speaker Justin Forsett will kick the morning off with an inspiring message. Drawing from his experiences as a professional football player, you will hear from an inspiring man – often referred to during his career as “undersized and overmatched” – who went from poverty to peak performance by way of sheer hard work, grit, perseverance, and hope.
Sessions at the WIN in Workforce Summit are eligible for SHRM and HCI recertification credits (self-report).
