South Dakota’s $20 million, five-year NSF EPSCoR Track-1 grant supports the acquisition of equipment for research and discovery-based learning activities. One of the amazing tools implemented through this grant is the Meta-Omics Lab and Quant Studio PCR.


Features:

  • Anaerobic Growth Chamber
    • maintains 0-5 parts per million Oxygen,
    • Opérâtes at +3 ambient to 40° C
  • Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope
    • 20X oil and 60X water objectives
  • Real-Time PCR (96 well plate system)
  • Others – Sonicator
