PLEASE NOTE: Unlike previous years, this round of proposals does not go through the state NASA EPSCoR office. Proposals are submitted directly through individual University Grants Offices and Individual University Investigators are considered to be Principal Investigators.

A maximum of three proposals may be submitted by any institution (no limit on total proposals from South Dakota).
