Pilot Grant by Haarberg 3D Research Center

The South Dakota Board of Regents’ Haarberg Center for Drug, Disease and Delivery Research (Haarberg 3D Research Center) is pleased to announce this year’s pilot grant mechanism to fund promising projects that fit within the goals of the center.

One of the goals of the Haarberg 3D Research Center is to promote interdisciplinary research and advance research commercialization through academic-industry-clinical partnerships. Researchers are invited to submit their proposals in response to this RFP.

Please feel free to share with others who might be interested in this RFP.

The application deadline is Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 5 p.m. CST (4 p.m. MST). The earliest anticipated project start date is January / February 2023.

About the Haarberg 3D Research Center

The Haarberg Center for Drug, Disease and Delivery Research (Haarberg 3D Research Center) provides an integrated framework for drug development and build university, industry and clinical (UIC) partnerships to accelerate the translation of new treatments for cancer and other diseases.

The center includes researchers from South Dakota State UniversitySouth Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and University of South Dakota. Private-sector partners, including Avera Cancer Institute, Sanford Research, South Dakota Innovation Partners, and Vance Thompson Vision among others, are also involved in the center.
