Single Cell Genomics Facility
South Dakota’s $20 million, five-year NSF EPSCoR Track-1 grant supports the acquisition of equipment for research and discovery-based learning activities. Some of these amazing tools implemented through this grant contributed to the Single Cell Genomics Facility.
Features:
- 10X Genomics Chromium iX (X series)
- Next GEM technology is built on a novel chip architecture that enables high-throughput single cell analysis.
- Workflow combines large partition numbers with a massively diverse barcode library to generate >100,000 barcode-containing partitions.
- The end-to-end single cell sequencing solutions include sample preparation support and turnkey data analysis and visualization tools.
- Leverage the 10x Genomics Cloud for fast and easy instrument management including, support, software updates, and usage monitoring with wireless internet connectivity.
- The Chromium X Series lets you access single cell analysis at any stage. Chromium iX, offering cost-effective, lower throughput single cell analysis, upgradable to the high-throughput full-range Chromium X.
