During the morning you will learn about SBIR/STTR eligibility, how SBIR and STTR differ, and selecting the right agency for your technology. In the afternoon the focus will be on the essential elements of a credible commercialization plan, including agency expectations, components of an effective plan, sources of market research data, and supporting documents you will need.
DAY 2 – Brookings
SBIR/STTR Introduction and Proposal Prep Essentials for NIH, NSF and USDA
Join SBIR/STTR expert, Becky Aistrup and learn the distinguishing features and technology areas addressed by each of the agencies, getting registered, so you can submit, and preparing proposal components for maximum impact. Then focus in on essential information for creating a competitive proposal to meet the mission, standards and requirements of the NIH, NSF and USDA programs.
