Hello, my name is Beverly Howe and I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Biology and teach Chemistry, Physics, Pre-Calculus, and Consumer Math in the Garretson School District in Garretson, South Dakota.  For over 25 years I have taught many different subject areas from middle school science and math to Biology and Anatomy.

Education is always changing and I believe that it is important to bring new and fresh ideas to the classroom.  I try to participate in workshops or take classes that provide me with new ideas to enhance my teaching methods.  I want to make science class a fun and exciting environment so that my students are eager to learn.  I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the SD EPSCoR workshop and look forward to using the modules in my classroom.
